Booking Your Services

  • A credit or debit card is required when booking your appointment. This card is not stored and is only used to charge the no-show fee of $40 in the event of a no-show

  • Accepted payment methods are cash, credit or debit card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay

What To Expect

Our approach to your beauty needs is not like that of your average beauty salon. We're focused on monitoring the health progress of your skin and nails during each service. Each client is required to complete a consultation form at the time of booking their first service to give us pertinent information that aids us in providing an individualized approach to your service. A large part of our services includes assessing your needs and making recommendations for services you should have performed by our beauty professional, and suggesting products and a routine for continued care in the home. Our focus is on helping our clients achieve and maintain healthy beauty regimens that are conducive to their lifestyle and needs.

Appointments at the Client's Location

​Our aim is to be able to service you in the environment of your choosing at a time that works for your schedule. In order to deliver the best to our clients, there are a few guidelines that need to be followed for mobile appointments: 

  • Please ensure that there is adequate room for the professional to set up a table and chair to work. Please provide a comfortable chair for your own seating

  • No eating is allowed while services on the hands are being performed

  • If the client is feeling under the weather or exhausted to the point of falling asleep, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment so that we can deliver the best service possible to you at a different time

Appointments at the Business Location

When coming in for an appointment, please bear in mind that the location is a residential area and not a standard salon. Please make note of the following directions and policies: 

  • The address is 4529 Saint Georges Ave. Street parking is available. Upon your arrival, please call or text 667-401-0550 to notify me that you are here

  • No children are allowed if they are not being serviced

  • No eating is allowed while services on the hands are being performed

  • If the client is feeling under the weather or exhausted to the point of falling asleep, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment so that we can deliver the best service possible to you at a different time

  • Any lateness exceeding 15 minutes will result in one of two possible actions. A $10 late fee will apply if there is no one scheduled after you and you wish to proceed. If there is another client scheduled after you or you choose not to pay the late fee, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the equivalent of the no-show fee

Cancellations

At Kaizen Mobile Beauty, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know.

You will not be charged the no-show fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to the no-show fee charge at our discretion.
